Delivery & Returns

OUR DELIVERY POLICY:

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, UK & the rest of the EU.

For international delivery to other destinations please contact us to get a delivery price before placing your order.

UK delivery costs €10 (please allow 5 working days for delivery)

For other EU delivery destinations please contact us for a price before placing your order.

Delivery charge within the Republic of Ireland costs €3.80. Items are sent using An Post. Items will be delivered within 5 workings days within the ROI and all orders placed before 6PM (Monday to Friday) will be posted the next morning. For quicker delivery options please contact us for a postage price before placing your order.

**Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays.**

Some items may need to be signed for so if you are going to be out please get them delivered to a friend/relative or work address. Please specify the address you want it delivered to (if different from your billing address) at the time of placing your order.

If there is no one there when the item is delivered a card will be left with details on where your package can be collected from (usually your local sorting office/depot).

Deliveries will arrive between 9.00AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

**East 73rd cannot not accept responsibility for any delivery delays that occur due to bad weather, strike or industrial action taken by any delivery companies we use.**

If for any reason you do not receive your item within the specified delivery times please use the tracking number we provided you with when your order was shipped to trace your delivery or contact us and we will try to rectify the matter for you asap.

**All items are well packaged and protected and are individually checked at the point of packing to ensure they reach you in the best condition. East 73rd cannot be held responsible for any damaged incurred on delivery.**

OUR RETURNS POLICY:

East 73rd are happy to provide a refund or exchange on any items you are not happy with provided it is not damaged, soiled, altered or been worn. The items need to be returned as they were received in a saleable condition with our tags still attached. Please notify us by e-mail (info@east73rd.ie) within 7 days if you wish to return an item.

Once the return has been approved by us you then have a further 7 days to return the item to us.

We are unable to offer a postage refund for unwanted items. 

**Any items being returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery.**

 Once an item has been received by us for return we will process the refund within 7 working days and the refund will be made to the original source it was accepted from.
